Terms of service

Last updated: March 1, 2026

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the website at mdwebstudioagency.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.

2. Services

Md Web Studio Agency ("we," "us," or "our") provides web design, development, SEO, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any project will be agreed upon in writing (via email or a separate statement of work) before work begins. No work is initiated without mutual written agreement.

3. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables we create for you — including design files, code, and content — unless otherwise specified in a project agreement. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing. Any tools, frameworks, or reusable components we've developed prior to or independently of your project remain our intellectual property.

4. Payment terms

Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal or statement of work. Unless agreed otherwise, we typically require a deposit before starting work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the project agreement. We reserve the right to pause or suspend work on overdue accounts.

5. Revisions and changes

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds, as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed at our standard hourly rate. Significant changes to the project scope after work has begun may require a revised timeline and quote.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Md Web Studio Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, you are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination. Any deposits paid for work not yet completed may be partially refundable, depending on the stage of the project.

8. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

9. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to the new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
